My patient is a 39 year old male suffering from plaque type psoriasis with a PASI score of 30, he is a smoker and overweight and has a history of high blood pressure and elevated of levels of cholesterol. He has a family history of psoriasis from his father and the patient was treated with methotrexate for few months and the treatment was discontinued due to gastrointestinal side effects and then was shifted to IL-17 inhibitor in November 2018 and took it till June 2019 and then was discontinued due to lack of efficacy then he was shifted to IL-23 Tremfya that cleared my patient as seen in the pictures.
